Teen Ultimate

Dear Athlete Director or Coach,

We are proud to announce open registration for the 2012 Hawk’s Ultimate Teen Challenge presented by GNC. This year’s Championship event will be held May 26th at the Kumite Classic FAST Expo.

Our Professional Sports Staff is planning a Fun, Exciting and Educational Fitness weekend where Teen Men and Women can compete in our Individual or Team Strength and Fitness Competitions to WIN achievement awards and possible Scholarships helping to support their future educations and endeavors.

The Ultimate Teen Challenge will be an incredible atmosphere, elevating the awareness of fitness and athletic skills while challenging Teen men and women nationwide to compete for Scholarships & Awards! The event will also have special guest apperances and training seminars by Celebrity and Professional Athletes. Coaches, family and friends are also encouraged to come out and cheer on their favorite teens!

The 2012 Teen Individual Fitness Competition will consist of 6 of the 8 events listed below:

• The shuttle run
• The vertical jump
• The Powertech bench press
• The Kneeling Power Ball Toss
• The Kettlebell Military Press
• The Pull-Up Competition
• The Weighted Football Passing Competition
• The Football Catching Competition

The 2012 TEAM Challenge (4 participants per team) :

• The PP2 Dual Bench Press
• The Water Jug Relay
• The Tire Flip Relay
• The Shuttle Run Relay

(**events are subject to change to similar event or activity)

ELIGIBILITY: Any teen male or female between the ages of 13 and 19 can enter. The event will feature a Men’s and Women’s division with Awards. All participants must have proof of age with a birth certificate, drivers license/permit, or photo ID the day of the event, no exception.

To ENTER, all teens must fill out an Entry & Waiver form signed by a Parent or Guardian.

Entry fee: $20 Per Teen (+ $5 if participating in both Individual AND Team Challenge Events)

If sending application via mail or fax please have all documents postmarked or sent by Friday, February 17th. If you are unable to send your documents in time please email kelly@hawksteenchallenge.com to reserve your teens participation and bring documents and payment to registration directly to the event.

The 2012 Ultimate Teen Challenge will be featured in the country’s largest Sports and Fitness publication MUSCLE & BODY Magazine. We hope you can join us!
